Annies bed and breakfast is a one hundred year old fully restored Federation terrace house. The bedrooms have queen and king sized or twin beds with ensuites or private bathroom.

The building has hydronic heating and airconditioning. There is a cosy front lounge with open fireplace, tea and coffee making facilties and fresh homemade cake, guest refrigerator and TV/CD/radio.

Annies Lane wine and complimentary cheese can be purchased at cellar door prices. The rear cottage garden offers tables and seating and barbeque facilities.

Over your stay we invite you to enjoy a selection of breakfasts, served in the spacious dining room, set out on a large oak table. There is much to choose from eg bircher muesli, fritatta, scrambled eggs and salmon or bacon, sweet potato and salmon cakes, pancakes, muffins, homemade bread and jam, fresh juices and good coffee. All dietary requirements are catered for on request.
